1. Who we are and scope
The ZeriOnix brand covers business software solutions (e.g. management, HR/payroll and other ecosystem modules), available through websites, applications and APIs.
This policy applies to the public ZeriOnix website, mobile apps published under the ZeriOnix brand when connected to our services, and generally to services that reference this policy. Each product may add specific rules, always indicated in that service.
2. Data we may process (overview)
We may process contact identifiers (such as name and email), account and authentication data, operational and business data entered or generated while using the systems (depending on the product), technical logs needed for operation (such as IP address, device or browser type when sent to our servers), and information you voluntarily send via contact or support forms.
We do not sell your personal data. Processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the services, improve security and meet applicable obligations.
3. Data you provide directly
When you fill in forms on the website (e.g. demo or contact request), register an account, or contact us by email or official channels, you may provide name, email, phone or WhatsApp, business segment, messages and other explicitly requested fields.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and should use contact channels only for legitimate purposes related to our services.
4. Login credentials and authentication
ZeriOnix products that require sign-in process account identifiers and credentials using security-appropriate measures (e.g. passwords stored so that operators cannot retrieve them in plain text).
When available, two-factor authentication or additional methods strengthen access. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse of your account.
5. Operational data, sync and APIs
While using the systems, business and operational data needed for the product may be processed (e.g. information about entities, users authorised by your organisation, records entered in the course of business, uploaded files where the feature exists, and related metadata).
Client applications (including mobile apps) may communicate with servers and APIs to authenticate, sync data, process requests and keep the service available. The exact nature of data depends on the product and configuration used by your organisation.
6. Local storage, session and tokens
On the device or browser, technical data may be stored as needed for operation, such as session tokens, preferences (e.g. language or theme) or cached content, as allowed by the platform.
These mechanisms maintain sign-in, reduce repeated server requests and improve experience. You may limit local storage in device or browser settings, which may affect how the service works.
7. Purposes of processing
We process data to: provide and maintain contracted or requested services; authenticate users and enforce permissions; handle contact and demo requests; ensure security, prevent abuse and fraud; diagnose technical errors and improve stability; comply with legal obligations where applicable; and communicate essential service information.
We do not use your data for third-party behavioural advertising. Commercial communications, if any, will respect preferences and applicable law.
8. Security and retention
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted communications where supported (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and security practices in infrastructure and development.
Retention depends on purpose: account and operational data while the relationship exists or the service requires it; technical logs for limited periods as needed; marketing or contact data according to internal policies or deletion requests where applicable. After the end of the purpose, data may be anonymised or deleted unless a legal archiving duty applies.
9. Sharing, processors and no sale of data
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, cloud infrastructure, transactional email or support tools) who process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described.
Disclosure may be required if mandated by law or to protect rights, safety and integrity of services and users.
10. Cookies and similar technologies (website)
The website may use cookies or local storage for essential functions (e.g. language preference, light/dark theme, form session) and, if introduced in the future, analytics cookies will be identified and, where required, subject to your consent.
You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect some features.
11. Mobile application (Android) and permissions
ZeriOnix Android apps communicate over the Internet with our services for authentication and data sync as described for each product.
Permissions requested on Google Play correspond only to features described in the app listing. If a permission is not used in a specific app version, the Play Store description takes precedence over this general policy. We do not use the app for systematic collection of precise location, camera or microphone unless a specific product feature requires it and is clearly indicated in the app and documentation.
Network state may be checked only to support expected online/offline behaviour.
12. Your rights and privacy contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, object to or restrict certain processing, or request erasure of data, unless a legal or contractual basis prevents it.
For privacy questions or to exercise rights: use the contact section on the website or email info@zerionix.com.
Please state the product (e.g. Android app, ZeriOnix Payroll) and, if applicable, the organisation you represent so we can respond appropriately.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, law or privacy practices. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised for material changes.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically; for relevant changes to registered users, we may notify you through appropriate means (e.g. in-service notice or email) when reasonable.
